Yeah, red seems to be a colour a lot of cameras struggle to take photos of. I usually resort to a bit of editing on the computer just to get the shade as it was! If your camera / camera phone has an HDR setting, it might be worth giving that a go for red flowers, as it should help them be a bit more vivid 🙂

Thanks – hopefully I can get back to the allotment this weekend and get some update photos on my strawberries (if there’s anything left – “something” moved the stones holding the net down, got into the raised bed & ate two giant strawberries this week)

I’ve never come across Fox and Cubs until last week, but it definitely brightened up the grassy hillside 😀
